William Darus Smith serves as the Program Manager at Jay~Jay Care, where he brings over a decade of experience in the human services industry. Before taking on his current role, William worked across various sectors within human services, including both healthcare skill services and administrative services.

He holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
In his capacity as Program Manager, William oversees a variety of tasks focused on enhancing the well-being of clients.
